Our villa 'Villa Hoopoe' is situated in a quiet area of Praia Del Rey Beach and Golf Resort near Obidos on the Silver Coast of Portugal. The view from the garden is across local farmlands and forests where you might see the goats and a goat herd. The kitchen and living area in the villa is open plan. All 3 bedrooms are en-suite (2 doubles and 1 twin). The double rooms are upstairs and the twin room is on the ground floor. There is a large patio upstairs and an extensively tiled veranda around the house on the ground floor and adjacent to the swimming pool. There is a typical Portuguese style barbecue on the patio. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances. Towels and linen are provided. The 18 hole golf course (9 holes links and 9 holes in forested area) is rated highly in Portugal and across Europe. The villa is within walking distance of the local shop (1 min), tennis centre (5 min) and Marriott Hotel (15 min). £650-£1,100 per week (depending on time of year).
